Herb comes from a family of California winemakers, and has fully engaged himself in the southern Oregon wine industry. He farms his home site, as well as a slew of other organic vineyards in southern Oregon under his āApplegate Vineyard Managementā umbrella. āThis is the first year we made this wine, as a white counterpart to our Wax On, Wax Soif!ā ā Ross + Bee Maloof, Maloof Wines.
